Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Information Security focused on FedRAMP compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the vision for FedRAMP compliance for services and products while collaborating with stakeholders
• Advise and educate the organization on security and U.S. government compliance matters
• Facilitate compliance with U.S. cybersecurity regulations and support communication of compliance strategies

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of experience and a master's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with federal security compliance and risk management frameworks (NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, NIST SP 800-218, and NIST RMF controls)
• Solid foundation in core security domains like secure software development, vulnerability management, and encryption
• Experience overseeing security audits and understanding complex technical systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
