MES Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MES Support Analyst with expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to shop floor operators using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues, primarily with Rockwell PharmaSuite
• Triage, investigate, and manage all MES-related ServiceNow tickets

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing IT applications and system interfaces
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Experience in IT troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
