Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager responsible for managing customer service orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from customers and create service orders
• Dispatch and manage subcontractors to complete jobs on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or technical school certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of service experience required
• Experience in the sign industry or electrical service required
• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software required
• Exceptional organizational skills required
