Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto and GL Claims Examiner, II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret coverage, process, and conclude assigned claims, including investigation and evaluation of Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
• Oversee and direct outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal representatives to advance claims to conclusion
• Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure for accurate reserves and settlement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in Automobile and General Liability claims
• Must possess a New York State Adjuster License
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
• Computer proficiency is required
