Key Responsibilities

• Act as backup for the Global Travel Manager
• Provide customer service for travelers and EAs to ensure prompt resolution
• Monitor corporate policy as a Concur travel site administrator and validate travel spend

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry
• At least 2 years of proficiency in Concur Travel
• Knowledge of travel management processes and site administration
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience in supplier performance monitoring and travel reporting analysis
