Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from planning and sourcing to final hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience in direct headhunting for creative talent
• Proactive, high-energy mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
