Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SDLC Governance Lead who will oversee the governance of software development processes within a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce SDLC governance frameworks tailored to healthcare regulatory requirements
• Define and continuously improve SDLC processes across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments
• Identify and mitigate risks related to software development and deployment in healthcare settings

Required Qualifications:

• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience
• 7+ years in software development or IT governance, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment
• Proven experience implementing SDLC governance frameworks in regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
