Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP Manager to lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full RFP process from intake to final submission, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop a scalable RFP process, including best practices and automation tools to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, customer-focused RFP responses

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5+ years of RFP management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or EdTech environment
• Proven ability to build and lead an RFP function within a high-growth organization
• Proficiency in RFP automation tools and CRM systems, with experience in higher education or government contracts
• Experience designing high-quality proposal documents using Canva
