Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market Recruiter focused on Sales hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for sales roles, particularly for Account Executives
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and lead volume hiring efforts
• Develop talent pipelines and create hiring strategies for sales positions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years focused on Enterprise Account Executives
• Proven sourcing skills with metrics demonstrating a results-led approach
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and/or Ashby
• Strong understanding of key recruiting metrics and productivity
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges
