Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new sales hires
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare revenue teams for product launches and messaging updates
• Develop and manage ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading Enablement training functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and training best practices
• Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise sales motions
• Familiarity with enablement tools such as Mindtickle, Chorus, and Salesforce
• Familiarity with developer tools and audiences, such as containerization and DevOps
