Senior Research Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Partner to enhance customer research practices and onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale the customer onboarding program to ensure early value and lasting research habits
• Guide customers through research maturity assessments and strategy planning to align Maze usage with business goals
• Build onboarding playbooks and templates to support both personalized and scalable programs

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a UX Researcher or in ResearchOps with a focus on building and scaling programs
• Strong program management skills with an emphasis on repeatable systems and frameworks
• Direct experience working with clients or stakeholders in high-stakes environments
• Proven ability to develop initiatives from inception to execution
• Familiarity with the dynamics of mature organizations and the challenges of research integration
