Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with machine learning scientists to advance molecular structure prediction and accelerate drug discovery
• Contribute to R&D exploring new representations and learning paradigms for structure prediction tasks
• Develop and refine ML models to predict molecular structures from mass spectrometric data

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience developing and evaluating ML models, preferably in structure prediction or spectral analysis
• Fluency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch
• Collaborative research experience at the interface of ML and life sciences
