Lead R&D Verification Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead R&D Verification Engineer to work in Canonsburg, PA and various unanticipated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software testing for specific areas within project teams, developing testing plans and ensuring quality standards
• Specify and write advanced test cases, perform various types of testing, and manage testing projects and metrics
• Collaborate with product creation teams, assist with complex product issues, and coach other Verification Engineers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with six years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience
• Experience with scripting languages, including Python
• Proficiency in test case design, writing, and implementation
• Familiarity with engineering applications, CAD, and High Performance Computing
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
