Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management of the organization's Compliance Program
• Evaluate company compliance with client and regulatory agency requirements and develop corrective action plans
• Document compliance activities and prepare reports based on audits and investigations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance programs within healthcare organizations
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 24 months of hire
• Expert knowledge of state and federal healthcare statutes, regulations, and policies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
