Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality and timeliness of hires
  • Track progress in the applicant tracking system to meet recruitment metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate recruiting
  • Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Ability to uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies
