Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Senior Project Manager, Drug Development, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and time targets are met
• Drive cross-functional project execution and manage financial stewardship at the project level
• Establish and communicate customer expectations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-8 years of Program or Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
• 10 years of drug development experience across various phases and disease areas
• Experience working with Sponsors and Biotech companies
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
