Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery and completion of projects supporting a commercial and industrial lighting program in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project processing for the Instant Discounts offer in both internal and client's systems
• Review and approve sales data submissions to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Support Business Lighting phone line and email inbox queue while collaborating with the team on project needs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and project coordination
• Ability to meet weekly program processing deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to non-standardized project pathways
• Experience in producing reports to enhance operational efficiencies
• Willingness to work on additional assignments as needed across the program
