Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Coordinator M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in carve-out and carve-in projects in the area of HR IT
• Collaboration in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, focusing on IT-relevant topics
• Creation and management of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and Global Service Agreements (GSAs)

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO environment, ideally in IT-related M&A projects
• Understanding of Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and Global Service Agreements (GSA)
• Knowledge of HR IT systems, particularly Workday
• Basic technical understanding of AWS-based IT solutions
• Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
