Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (Interior Design).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotations and procurement for commercial office furniture projects
• Maintain organized project documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Support designers with material takeoffs and coordinate logistics for project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in a project support or coordination role in commercial interior design
• Familiarity with major U.S. commercial office furniture manufacturers and their products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with project management software
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and budgeting
