Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and tasks are organized
• Support the integration of team platforms and assist with data collection for evaluation
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and coordinating logistics for events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably with missions familiarity
• Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE)
• Understanding and affirmation of the organization's Statement of Faith
• Commitment to uphold the organization's vision and mission
