Project Coordinator Data Automation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator / Data Automation Specialist to optimize project management processes on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program managers to plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
• Configure and manage Jira projects, customizing workflows and dashboards for milestone-driven programs
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline reporting and maintain data integrity across systems

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or business processes
• CAPM or PMP certification (or equivalent project management training) is required
• 5+ years of experience in data automation and project management within complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business processes, or program management is required
• Expertise in Jira and strong proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule management
