Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior PBM Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of clinical programs to achieve measurable results
• Influence senior stakeholders to shape product and service roadmaps, ensuring clear accountability
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration for timely execution of project plans and successful product rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits management or healthcare preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience with knowledge of pharmacy benefits management preferred
• Experience in Medicare and Medicaid program management is highly desired
