Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer retention or post-purchase experiences
• Experience in complex, highly regulated environments
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on clarity and measurable outcomes
• Data fluency and ability to use insights to shape product direction
• Experience with agile development methodologies and leading high-performing teams
