Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support product management and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for internal support escalations to understand the product ecosystem
• Own the audit and improvement of product documentation, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness
• Transition from support to full product ownership, managing the product lifecycle and driving feature launches

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a product, support, or technical writing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions to technical issues
• Experience working cross-functionally with support, engineering, and product teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, and Google Docs
• Understanding of basic web protocols (HTTP, APIs) and ability to learn SQL for data queries
