Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment Operations Product Associate to manage logistical and operational details for assessment content access.

Key Responsibilities

• Create processes for reviewing, editing, and inputting assessment items into third-party platforms
• Co-lead quality assurance testing of the third-party platform and ensure alignment with assessment tools
• Manage daily tasks in project management systems and lead project management for assessment creation and administration

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management work experience
• Experience in independently managing workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Comfort with learning and using new software and online platforms
• Preferred: Spanish fluency, including grammar, reading, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to set realistic objectives and meet deadlines
