Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to empower successful deployment outcomes throughout its global services partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver partner assistance offerings to encourage successful deployments and services practices
• Serve as a guide and expert on delivery methodology to new and existing partners
• Influence processes aimed at services partner success to ensure they work for and are adopted by partners and internal teams globally

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financial, or similar implementations
• 3+ years working with Workday services deployment partners
• Solid understanding of business areas such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, or Professional Services Automation
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering process improvements
• Background or education in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is highly desirable
