Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist responsible for managing customer relationships and providing support for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive customer service through high volume phone support and email responses
  • Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, process returns and credits, and maintain detailed customer interaction records
  • Analyze customer issues and complete assigned special tasks in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service background preferred; veterinary clinic experience desirable
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Word and Outlook needed
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and systematic information maintenance
