Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned quotas for expansion metrics and renewal rates
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, enhancing satisfaction and adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts within partner organizations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Direct Sales roles
• Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of MEDDPIC
• Experience with SFDC or similar CRM platforms
• Strong bias to action and efficiency in execution
