Senior Paralegal (Business Litigation)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Paralegal (Business Litigation) to provide complex legal support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, review, and manage complex legal documents
• Research and analyze complex health care law issues affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management
• Negotiate with various stakeholders to address and resolve legal issues

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• 8 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in Legal and Compliance functions
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
