Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner to deliver occupancy and space solutions that align with corporate real estate strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop workplace strategies and solutions for various workplace projects
• Build relationships with clients to understand their business needs and promote workplace solutions
• Track and manage occupancy data, fulfill space requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients
• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with commercial interiors space planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS databases and graphic tools
