A company is looking for a Leasing Associate to the US Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective tenants through various marketing strategies
• Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and maintain tenant relations
• Support lease administration and documentation processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Yardi experience is a plus
