Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor peer-to-peer fundraising staff to exceed goals
• Oversee Walk/Run events from strategy to execution across multiple markets
• Cultivate donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and local community champions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising with direct walk/run experience
• 2+ years staff management experience
• Skilled in strategic planning and growth
• Strong grasp of Salesforce, DonorDrive, Canva, and event logistics
• Comfortable with public speaking and community-facing leadership
