Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member Advocate (Consumer Accounts).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries and requests
  • Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs and ensure compliance in all areas of processing
  • Document call details accurately and take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
  • 5+ years' experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
  • Ability to diagnose and own technology issues
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
