Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of clinical research studies and health programs, ensuring quality, timeline, budget, and project goals are met
• Build high-trust relationships with clients, providing clear communication, project insights, and responsive support
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and make informed trade-offs between competing priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-related discipline; Master's degree or formal project management certifications are a plus
• 8+ years of experience in project delivery, program operations, or client success within healthcare, pharma, or digital health
• Direct experience working with clinical research and technology-enabled models, including digital health programs
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery
• Startup company experience preferred; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
