Key Responsibilities

• Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across various platforms including Meta, X, and LinkedIn
• Manage day-to-day client needs and deliverables for paid social campaigns
• Oversee testing and learning processes while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in paid social media within an agency environment
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in paid social
• Familiarity with campaigns that drive app downloads
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of full-funnel paid social campaign optimization and client recommendations
