Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategy and execution of paid media programs across Google and Bing, managing a seven-figure monthly budget
• Own channel performance accountability, ensuring alignment with customer acquisition goals
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad creative and landing pages

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns with significant budgets in the DTC e-commerce space
• Hands-on experience with Google and Bing ads platforms, including campaign management and optimization
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management for Google Shopping
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive testing roadmaps and learning agendas for paid search
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies
