Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design and engineering, including leadership of hybrid teams
• Strong background in technical product design, design technology, or front-end engineering
• Fluency in prototyping tools and practices (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS, React)
• Experience in agile development and continuous delivery within cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to run complex initiatives and drive alignment across stakeholders
