Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Creative to lead multi-platform marketing campaigns and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing creative team, overseeing the development of a Voice & Copy practice
• Implement and maintain brand strategy and voice across various projects and campaigns
• Manage complex projects and develop creative content across multiple channels for diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of creative and copy experience for B2B and B2C audiences
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing creative teams
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and strategic ideas
• Strong understanding of how creativity aligns with business objectives and brand standards
