Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design UX studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define research needs
• Conduct usability testing activities, including participant recruitment and moderation of testing sessions
• Collect, analyze, and report research data to provide actionable insights for product development

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in user research, particularly usability testing
• Experience with both in-person and remote user research studies
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent moderation skills for conducting research sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
