Senior Manager Cybersecurity Detection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Cybersecurity Detection to oversee a team of Detection Analysts in threat response and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Analysts in investigating potential threats and assessing their credibility and impact
• Ensure effective monitoring of information security data sources to maintain situational awareness
• Coordinate incident response efforts and develop long-term strategies for enhancing Security Operations Center capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in defensive security operations and management
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, or GIAC
• Direct experience in managing cyber incidents and facilitating critical investigations
• Advanced knowledge of security monitoring tools, network protocols, and compliance frameworks
