Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology groups by identifying and defining complex systems requirements
• Collaborate with business customers and technical teams to understand planned enhancements and document requirements
• Facilitate working sessions to elicit requirements and track progress while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements gathering or progressive systems experience
• Proficient in Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical background with experience in TFS or AzDO
