Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance data analysis
• Designs, develops, and updates training programs and materials for various teams
• Manages learning initiatives including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking attendance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Learning & Development required
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business goals
• Experience with software such as AIM, ImageRight, ConceptOne, or Salesforce preferred
