Minnesota Licensed RN Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Educator to provide clinical professional development and education services for clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and presents educational programs aligned with organizational goals and CHAP standards
• Collaborates with nursing leadership to support staff orientation and ongoing competency development
• Evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities to enhance professional development and healthcare delivery

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least three years of hospice experience
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota and ability to obtain additional state licenses
• CHPN certification or the ability to obtain it
• Experience in nurse education preferred, with a focus on organizing and delivering educational programs
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured automobile
