Senior Government Drug Rebate Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Drug Rebate Account Manager Senior, responsible for providing complex level support for assigned rebate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction by coordinating with operational units and implementing process improvements
• Collaborate with account leadership to build business cases and lead client-facing initiatives
• Document interactions with accounts in Salesforce CRM and support client retention through proactive issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling messages and presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and collaborate across departments
