Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Success to lead the performance and growth of strategic pharmacy partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team focused on high-impact pharmacy partnerships and onboarding
• Drive alignment on partner strategy and performance expectations across internal teams
• Manage executive-level relationships and oversee financial performance and operational delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in partner success, strategic account management, or business operations
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on building high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing financial performance and partner-level P&L
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
