Senior General Ledger Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Ledger Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and complete account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate journal entries and support documentation for audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field (required)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on the general ledger (required)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) (required)
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office suite applications (e.g. Excel)
