About the position
This remote-based position focuses on developing account plans for new and existing corporate customers, specifically in the Dallas, TX region. The role involves prospecting new business opportunities, managing major accounts, and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach. Responsibilities
• Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Manage a list of major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+) through the entire sales process, including account planning, deal closing, and renewal.

• Meet or exceed revenue targets set for the sales role.
,
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to tailor solutions to customer needs.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
,
• Regularly update the CRM system (salesforce.com) to maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable sales forecasts.

• Engage in direct client meetings either in person or via platforms like MS Teams.
Requirements
• Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+) using a consultative and value-based approach.

• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and possessing a growth mindset.

• Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution selling approach.

• Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders.

• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations.

• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure.

• Ability to work well with teams across different departments to achieve shared objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota overachievement.
