Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle university recruitment or academic institutions
• Experience in program or project management related to student or career programs
• Familiarity with applicant tracking and candidate management systems
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
