Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights, guidance, and coordination to the Commercial Senior Leadership team on critical strategy and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to build a vision, strategy, and execution plan for the 1-3 year direction
• Manage multiple high-visibility strategic initiatives and engage with executive-level customers on various topics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in strategic planning, marketing, finance, or strategy functions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process information quickly
• Proven ability to lead through change and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in driving implementation of initiatives and managing business risks
• Capability to communicate effectively across all levels of a large, matrixed organization
