Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Design Engineer - Air Compressor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reciprocating and centrifugal compressor products, managing project work plans and execution
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to create overall compressor system solutions and manage development costs
• Prepare test procedures and reports, analyze test results, and support the entire product life-cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred) with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the compressor industry
• Project management or leadership experience in a team environment preferred
• Knowledge of material processing, industry standards, and proficiency in solid modeling software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
